Historic Gray’s Grist Mill has been continuously grinding
for over 360 years
Gray’s Grist Mill brand of corn meal is made from Rhode Island Narragansett Flint Corn which is grown on the southern coast of Rhode Island, where soft balmy breezes impart to the grain that genuine softness and tempting flavor. Aged in open air corn cribs by the sun and winds, ground by the old-process between huge 56 inch granite stones which have been grinding corn for generations.
You will find Gray’s Grist Mill Corn Meal vastly different than any corn meal you have ever tasted.
“It’s not for the miller to see how much corn run thru his mill in a given time, but how well he can grind it. That is our endeavor, that is our accomplishment.” - from Johnny-Cake Papers
